On 27 October 2017, the Representative to the Kurdistan Regional Government-Iraq (KRG) Representation in Austria, Dr Mustafa Ramazan, received Iraqi Member of Parliament Mr. Masoud Heider of the Gorran Party at the Representation office.
In their meeting, the relationship between the Iraqi parliament and that of the Kurdistan Region was discussed where ideas were exchanged on how the working relationship could be improved.
Both sides emphasized the importance of ensuring a uniform stance of the Kurdistan Regions political parties in the Iraqi parliament to better represent the people of Kurdistan and their interests.
